Several clubs have been linked with a potential move for Asensio and now, it looks like Tottenham Hotspur have also joined the race to sign him. His current deal with the club is set to run out next summer though and he is expected to leave as a free agent then, although a January exit cannot be completely ruled out either. The Spaniard was expected to develop into a superstar at Real Madrid but finds himself as an impact substitute at best at the moment.
One man who seems almost certain to leave is Marco Asensio. On the other hand, there could be a few players on their way out of the club as well. The club are being linked with several interesting names like Jude Bellingham of Borussia Dortmund, Joao Gomes of Flamengo, Joao Cancelo of Manchester City and Christopher Nkunku of RB Leipzig.
